Before You Register
Who is this actually for?
CEOs and founders of $5M to $100M businesses. You have a team, you have real operational complexity, and you are the bottleneck. If you are pre-revenue or solo, this is not the right room.
Do I need any AI experience?
No. We start at zero and build to a working system. If you know how to use email, you can do this. If you are already deep in AI, you will still walk out with more than you came in with because we are building on your actual business data, not toy examples.
What do I need to bring?
Your laptop, charger, access to your email and calendar, and a short list of your five biggest time sinks. We send a 15 minute pre-work checklist two weeks out so you arrive ready to build.
What if I can't finish everything in one day?
You will finish. The day is engineered to get you live. If something breaks after you leave, you get 30 days of direct access to the team to fix it.
Where is the workshop held?
