Do I need any AI experience?
No. We start at zero and build to a working system. If you know how to use email, you can do this. If you are already deep in AI, you will still walk out with more than you came in with because we are building on your actual business data, not toy examples.
What do I need to bring?
Your laptop, charger, access to your email and calendar, and a short list of your five biggest time sinks. We send a 15-minute pre-work checklist two weeks out so you arrive ready to build.
What if I can't finish everything in one day?
You will finish. The day is engineered to get you live. If something breaks after you leave, you get 30 days of direct access to the team to fix it.
